2.  It is not about how to launch - it focuses on profiting after. This goes in your plus or minus column depending on where you are at with product sales.  If you have already had some success I would plus this point because an important focus of The Launch Tree is how to upsell your customers immediately after they buy.  So even if you have a small launch or just sell sporadically it is a benefit to learn how to sell those existing customers more items they want and need and avoid the time, energy and hassle of finding a constant flow of new customers.
